As an educated well to do Vietnamese I recommend to never use this place. The owner cost me an extra $2300 to get my wife and daughter to Vietnam. She promised a phone call as to WHY 2 seats were not available. Not ONE call from her' I feel bad for the Vietnamese people who cannot understand English and is at her mercy. Final word is NO Service After the Sale.. Spend your money at another Vietnamese travel agency because prices are the same. If you want full story then contact me. This occurred June 2022
