Kim is the best realtor you can find. She is really quick responding and works hard to find you the best home based on your needs. Everything came out very smoothly, she has the best contacts and makes everything happen so fast... it was a month from the time I started looking to closing time. Really happy with her service
Kim Newton is a superstar! At 80 years of age, I was faced with the very daunting task of selling a deceased friend’s house. Kim went above and beyond in helping and guiding me through getting the house emptied, on the market, under contract two days after listing and successfully closed. She is a hard worker, honest, helpful and very knowledgeable. An asset to this community.

I can’t say enough great things about Kim! She guided us through the home buying process and her excellent advice on how to package our offer ensured we came out on top and got the home of our dreams! She is very efficient, responds quickly to your questions, honest and straightforward and was so fun to work with! She makes herself available all hours of the day and night, and even while recovering from surgery she made it to our closing! Love her!!! Highly recommend Kim for all your realtor needs! She will take care of you!
She is a really good realtor! She helped us a lot, and she worked with the sellers and helped us find lawyers, inspectors, appraisers, etc. Any kind of doubt, or question we had, she was there to help. I highly recommend her if you are looking for any property’s. Her customer service is fantastic and she’s very friendly.
