Used to come here on a regular basis but when I’d show up as a walk-in they say “well do you have an appointment?” Fast forward to months later called made an appointment to get there and wait.LAST TIME!
Everything I make an appointment here, i’m still waiting 30-45 minutes until they start my nails. Then they proceed to start people who do walk ins to start before me.
Took my 12 year-old daughter and a friend as a birthday gift. Made an appointment for two and they tried to separate the girls starting one before the other. I offered to wait so they could be together. They insisted on starting and said the chair beside my daughter would be available in minutes. I stepped out to grab them a beverage and when I returned, they had them sitting separate.
