I previously left a 5-star review because I genuinely had an amazing experience at Kim Nail. The service was excellent, the staff was professional and friendly, and the salon was exceptionally clean. Everything felt organized and sanitary, which is why I became a loyal customer for over six years. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a completely different experience.
