So disappointed. I have been going here since 2019 when I moved to the area. Since then service is hit or miss. The only nice person is the owner. The older lady took 18 minutes to do my pedi today. Left my heels ragged I have to smooth them myself and then left me for 20 minutes to dry, put my own flip flops on etc...she also tried to overcharge me by 10 bucks last time. I dont care if it's reasonably priced, I will pay more to get better service.
I’ve always had great experiences at Kim Nail, and their pedicures usually last me months, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, this last visit was disappointing. The nail polish came off in one piece on the first day of my trip, even though it had only been about four days since my pedicure.
