He misdiagnosed me. He had me take a blood test which came back negative and he still stuck with the misdiagnosis. My eye doctor of close to 10 years never once saw this diagnosis. This doctor took my power away from me and didn’t listen to me. Please beware of doctors who refuse to admit they made a mistake. He even denied changing the diagnosis when I requested it.
Knows his stuff, doesn't waste your time. Explained to me every step of treatment I would need up front, played out exactly as he said. Nice guy, darn fine doctor.
From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted warmly and taken care of. The team was cohesive and very empathetic and compassionate. Dr Kim is a highly knowledgeable and capable doc with a steady hand and gentle manner. I felt supported throughout my procedure and well cared for. I was prepared ahead of time, there was excellent communication, and I did not feel like I was being rushed. I look forward to seeing him again and highly recommend him!
