I was on the phone with Brennan Elrod looking for some cheaper insurance. He was really nice, super helpful and he made the experience enjoyable. He even gave me some numbers to call in order to help me find a better insurance. Definitely a five star experience
Josh was very helpful, and up front. Called me prepared and was able to help me save about $300 on my monthly rate. (Previous insurance was continuously price hiking my insurance so it was expensive) but all around a great conversation, and he helped me save some money, which is a good problem to have in this economy!
