I was fortunate enough to be seen by Kim today as she had a cancellation. She was very knowledgeable and listen to my concerns. Her mannerisms made me feel very comfortable. I would also like to compliment the nurses on the desk for confirming this appointment. Frieda Balmer .
Disappointed. The office either more business than care or maybe they just have too many patience - who knows. Two things are true 1) Bad communication. Hard to reach and slow to return. Always made to feel like they did me a favor in calling me back. 2) Can never get an appointment. My pregnant wife tried 2 days in a row to get same day care and both times they were “all booked up” and told her to go to urgent care. A pregnant woman. Unreal. Truly such a wonderful care provider. I have not one bad thing to say. Kim Keaton was the PCP for multiple members of my family for years. She is so knowledgable and caring. The only reason I am no longer a patient of hers is because I moved to a different state. I often catch myself missing Kim Keaton, her Physician Assistant and the beautiful Dartmouth Hitchcock Concord, NH property and kind staff!

Kim Keaton is my PCP, my husband's, and our son's. My husband has been seeing her since 2005, then convinced me to switch in 2019, and when our son was born in June 2021, he went under her care too. Kim is always very responsive on the MyDH app, and has answered all sorts of questions for us in the 6 months since our son was born! We appreciate that she is always on time to see us, answers all our questions, and really knows our family.
