Kim was thorough, always available when I needed her and sensible. I felt that I had a real advocate in my corner.
The experience was quite unprofessional. My scheduled appointment lacked clarity regarding whether it would be in person or on Zoom. Just five minutes before the meeting, I received a Zoom invite while I was in the parking lot. Kim's secretary mentioned they were facing issues with Zoom. In an attempt to connect, I sent a Google Meet invite, but received no response. I followed up by letting them know I was on my way. This lawyer pulls on heart strings then takes her time doing anything. Completely overcharges you. Then claims to work on your behalf. Although when you do not do things her way she claims it’s malpractice. No malpractice is not listening to the client you’re representing. All she wants is all the most money she can get. She will drag it all out to keep charging you. Claiming she is working in your best interest. Even talking down to you and throwing things she knows about you in your face to have control over the situation.... read more
