I don't know where to begin...Kim is an amazing broker. From the beginning of the process to the end Kim walked me through the selling process by "holding my hand" through it all. I have never come across a broker that literally helped me prep my house to sell and when the process was all done she even helped me clean it out for walk through. Kim is absolutely just the best of the best!!!! We looked at houses for close to 18 months in the toughest market and she was so positive, helpful, patient, and kind. She never let us settle on a house we didn’t love and prioritized our wishlist while continuously educating us and listening to us. If I could, I would give Kim 7 stars. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and she navigated the sale of our house through the middle of a pandemic with a tenant in the house. She kept us updated throughout the process and went above and beyond her scope of work to make sure the sale proceeded without any hiccups.
