They got me in right away for a pedicure and took care of my ingrown toe nails. The ladies were very friendly and easy to talk to. I’m a socially awkward person but I felt comfortable. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure but I will definitely come back again.
The staff at Kim Lu are exceptional. They genuinely remember you and ask questions about your life based on your last visit. Top quality pedicures at oh so reasonable prices !!
My 15 year old sister came in for an appointment and left very disappointed. She showed her tech a reference picture of what she wanted and said she wanted exactly what the picture had. The design was very simple, and not time consuming at all. They filed her nails too much and now they are hurting her, they cut the nails far too short when she explicitly requested long nails like in the photo, and the design was uneven and very rushed. She says she wouldn’t go again.
I have been coming to this salon since they opened. I won’t have anyone else do my nails! The best nail fills and pedicures ever.
My daughter went in to get her nails done for grad. Asked for black. They are royal blue. When I called to ask for them to be fixed she laughed at me on the phone and told me she would call when she could get my daughter in. She called same day and asked for her to come in at 4. When my daughter went in, alone, they told her that is their black and she would have to pay if she wanted them changed.
