Rude customer service from both wife and husband owners. They will look down on you assuming you can’t afford their products. I bought a wedding band here and after 3 months it turned yellow. I came to enquire but they try to make it look like we are the problems in front of other customers. At the time of purchase they will sweet talk to you and act up but when something goes wrong they will go against you.
The seller’s attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful toward customers. I felt looked down on during the whole experience. I will never come back again.
