Kim is the absolute best. My fiancé and I closed on a house about a year ago and it was the house of our dreams. She spent a ton of time with us touring homes all over the valley and provided very thoughtful and helpful perspectives. Once we found it, the negotiation process was great because Kim handled it all and we received a fantastic deal. Because of her experience and expertise- we got a great price on a great house.
