She takes forever!!!!! 2+ hours is gracious. In short, not a baby person AT ALL, and isn’t worth the wait. When I gave birth, the one doctor I was told NOT to see was Karen Kim and I gave her the benefit of a doubt. Don’t make my mistake. Maybe she’ll read our reviews and be on point like her co-worker in pooler, he’s awesome!

Had a ton of paperwork to fill out, but that's to be expected. Wait time was not that bad. Visit was quick and to the point, which is what you want in a child's doctor appointment. Front desk staff helped with filling out new patient paperwork. Will be coming back.

If I could negative stars I would. This dr has no sense of patience time. She has ZERO bedside manner. We had an appointment at 9:30 a.m. she doesn't come into the room until 10:45. She spent a total 6 mins 49 secs with us. Our total time for a 2 year old checkup was 2 hours and 1 minute. You have to be kidding!!! I asked the nurse who came in to give the 2 shots if the dr was coming back in and she said she wasn't sure. Dr finally peeked, literally, back in and said he's good until his 30 month checkup.
