I do NEVER recommend this office. The office manager, Soon Kim, is very rude. When I complained about the copay the new weird lab billed, she told me to change to another family doc if I do not accept it. My Clover insurance covers 100% for any blood work done by Labcorp or Quest… Chi Han
The doctor is good, but the receptionist is extremely rude. It’s a place I can never go back or call this place.
Who is the office manager? When I called to make an appointment, she was incredibly rude and very annoyed, and she told me to hang up if I didn’t make an appointment right away. Unbelievably ridiculous. I knew the office staff at this doctor’s office were notorious for being rude and unfriendly, but I can’t believe the office manager would be so terribly rude and unprofessional at her job. I hope Dr. John Kim realizes how many people don’t come to this place anymore because of his rude staff, unfortunately for him.
