Dentist very dishonest, bad bedside manner, every interaction physically painful Front office and all the staff are very kind and chatty. I was quoted a certain amount and then told by front office my Tricare insurance never paid so I had to cover. Dr. James Kim is the worst and most dishonest dentist I have ever dealt with. This dentist ruined my upper teeth and placed crowns and bridges that I didn't actual need. He also placed crowns on two of my teeth that needed root canals that he didn't perform. Because of that I had to find a dental surgeon to fix his errors. I also had dental insurance and that didn't help with the over inflated bill. I paid over $20,000 for my poor quality dental work. I sent my wife to due simple dental work was quoted $280 then she walks out with a $1k bill….. we were shocked!! Insane up-charging! Avoid this place at all costs!

I would say everything was good until you get a big fat bill from the office! No explanation or anything. They make referrals without explaining anything. You ask how much you owe them, and they will say you're good to go and then send you a huge bill in the mail!!! Like seriously?!!!! I am so done with all dentist that do nothing but find something wrong in your teeth so they can make money out of it!!! I swear!! You get 3 star for now until this get resolved.
