Awesome caring doctor. Held my hand when I was scared, Came to X-ray with me and diagnosed my illness very quickly. Wish there were more like her.
I came in with a fever and extream pain in my back after being told by an urgent care that I had a kidney infection. They told me to go to the ER if my pain flaired back up in fear that it could be something more serious. Talking to Dr. Williams was almost as upsetting as the pain that brought me in. She showed no compassion or empathy to me as a patient, however she did put on a nice show when I got my mom on the phone. Dr. Williams of EAMC’ ER in Opelika, Al is probably the most unprofessional doctor I’ve ever met. She shows no compassion whatsoever. My mother was brought to the ER on February 10, 2018. Dr. Williams suggested my mom be taked home after she recommended my Mom being discharged. Only after threatening a lawsuit, Dr. Williams admitted my mother.
