My visit with Dr Kim went well. He has a great presence and is very attentive. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He was kind and approachable.
Dr Kim always takes time to explain your particular situation. His assistant Kelly is friendly and professional.
Dr. Kim makes his patients feel comfortable and ready for any questions that you may have.
Dr. Kim spends just the right amount of time assessing your needs. Very knowledgeable.
Knowledgeable yes. But he literally charged out of the room after HE was done without any regard to answering questions. He was definitely interested in making this a 4 min visit and splitting. Never have I ever encountered such disregard for a patient’s questions, never ! I’m writing this so that hopefully he gets a chance to improve for others benefits. Plus he appeared very agitated with being asked questions - not helpful with understanding why you are wasting his attention on your concern

Surgery Staff was amazing from the Nurses to the OR Staff. Very personable and very professional.I was nervous coming in but the staff did an amazing job keeping me calm.
