I went to this store with the intent of selling my chain and upgrading to a bigger one. They quoted me $3,200 for my 77-gram, 18kt Miami Cuban chain. At the time, gold was priced at $93 per gram, and 18kt gold was valued at $70 per gram. Their offer only came out to $41 per gram, which is significantly below the actual value.
