Initially I thought Dr. Kim Herman would be great for me. I chose a bigger practice thinking someone would be available for any medical issues that may arise. However, when I did get sick I could never see her, her counterpart, or anyone else in the UofM Family Practices. I was told that sick people go to Urgent Care, which is obviously billed at a higher rate for visits.
