I drive 30 miles to see Dr. Henry. PolloThe office is very clean. Well organized. Friendly staff. Dr. Henry is an old school type of de ntist and doesn't try to sell you the kitchen sink and all appliances. He will make recommendations for treatment and you have the final decision on what treatment route you take. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a dentist.
It’s alarming to encounter a provider whose views feel decades behind the standards expected in modern healthcare. Clinical knowledge is only part of the job. Basic respect and inclusivity are not optional. Unfortunately, those were missing here. If Dr. Kim Henry’s attitudes were a form of continuing education, this office would be “well-trained” — just not in anything relevant to today’s patients. Actually just a good dentist
Dr. Henry saved my life! I had Ludwig’s Angina, and he educated me on what it was and what needed to happen once I came out of the hospital. Thank you for being honest, compassionate, gentle, funny, and most of all, thank you for completing my treatments. Now, all I come in for are my regular cleanings with one of the best hygienists, Mrs. Joyce! Nine years later, I can honestly say this has been “THE BEST” dental experience.
