Called to book an appointment and confirmed it. Arrived and alleged that I “remembered the wrong day”, which is just completely inaccurate. She even tried to allege a scribble was “my name”. It was a line whereas everyone else’s was fully written out. Clearly she had just forgotten our conversation. She then implied that I could “wait”. So I waited for one customer only for the next slot to be given to the other customer. Very unprofessional and didn’t communicate clearly at all nor did she apologize for double booking. Have been getting my haircuts here for 2 years now and never left disappointed! Kim is very sweet and easy to talk to, efficient, and gives great haircuts for a super reasonable price. If you’re an Asian guy looking for your next barber, definitely give Kim a try!

Began the appointment late and I had to wait for ~15 extra minutes. She also did not cut my hair as requested, styling it completely differently. No proper layering in the front and just reduction in thickness and length.
