Went to Kim for a wave loose perm. She did a great job! 100% recommend
Began the appointment late and I had to wait for ~15 extra minutes. She also did not cut my hair as requested, styling it completely differently. No proper layering in the front and just reduction in thickness and length.
Long, thick hair - do not get it cut here. I requested one inch off and no thinning, she went off on her own and cut off 3 inches and made it “wispy”, so that now my hair is thin and short. Took me years to grow to this length, all the way down my back.
I enjoyed Kim as a person - she is very easy to talk to and friendly. However, I am quite heartbroken about my haircut. I showed photos and communicated that I really liked the long length of my hair. The cut looked fine at first, but soon after I realized how much she thinned my hair. It was also several inches shorter, and I was very specific about only wanting the smallest bit trimmed, with 1 inch being the goal.
