Follow-up - I was told the rep I talked with was no longer working there. And again, I have nothing against the Dr. or the other staff at the office. Changing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. - Feb 2026 Nothing against the Dr. or the procedure, but how they bill/charge and deal with customer feedback was terrible. The procedure billing code was changed DURING procedure, so an Insurance-covered Screening became Half-covered "Diagnostics" procedure so we have to pay several hundred dollars out of pocket. Dr Kim and his procedure staff are great. Wonderful really. However the office staff, particularly billing, are the worst I have ever encountered. They have over-charged, billed incorrectly, and been overall very rude and unhelpful. My insurance company said they are charging outrageous non-needed fees. They have lied to me on several occasions and refuse to do anything.
Dr. Kim and his staff are great. Everyone was so friendly, and they didn't make me wait for even a minute. Rachel was especially nice and Dr. Kim is lucky to have such a friendly and knowledgable nurse.
Dr. Kim Gordon Lee MD and his crew at Scripps did a great job making me feel comfortable and had me in and out my procedure in a timely fashion. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone I know!
