One of the rudest doctors I have ever met. Interrupts me in mid sentence, and when he is informed that I was not finished talking he gets upset and calls me rude for interrupting him! On previous visits he was asked to help order urinary bags and I was told that I could order it from Amazon. Unbelievable, unprofessional, and extremely rude. We will never go back and be subjected to that man again.
Dr Kim may be a good doctor but his office staff couldn't care less about patient care. The week of 1/20/25 my new insurance company called 3 times to get approval to refill my prescription. No response. They gave up. I called on 1/23/25, left a message that I needed my prescription refilled. No response. I called again on 1/27/25. Explained that I was out of my prescription. No response. I've now been without my medication for 3 weeks and in the process of finding a new urologist. This office gets a grade "F" in patient car... read more
Dr. Kim is one of the most caring and experienced urologist doctors I have seen. He is a good listener and he gives you options for your treatment.
