My family and I moved to Waxhaw NC from NJ and also, we moved out to CA in 2 years. Our plan was first rent, and buy thereafter. Kim provided us honest pros/cons on many houses for rent while we were still in NJ. As soon as new houses pop up, she immediately drove to those properties. It was a relief. In 2 months, we bought a house with Kim as a realtor and sold the same house with her as well. Hiring the same realtor for 3 different transactions (buy/sell/rent) could tell you lots of things.

Working with Kim to find my first place to live in the Charlotte area was an exceptional experience. I’ve never worked with a realtor with such energy and drive. I’ll admit to being a fussy buyer with trouble making decisions (it took a year and a million showings), but Kim hung in there with me until we found my place.
