Very pleased with our service in getting our policies bundled with our aging parents recently moving in with our family!! We were able to get our prices down tremendously compared to other insurance companies! Josie was very kind, thorough, helpful and fast, as she took care of us within an hour, even while it was their lunch time!! I recommend Kim Duke and her crew if you want the best of the best!! Rebecca was so helpful and compassionate yesterday with my dad and I while getting information to set up billing for his vehicles and home insurance. Rebecca was extremely patient while dad and I gathered information and looked up phone numbers and accounts. We were on the phone with her for over 30 minutes and she never once tried to rush us but was very kind.
