I needed to add another vehicle to my policy and Joseigh helped me out! She was very knowledgeable in describing things and answering my questions! I did have to go back the next day cause I had a few more questions and I was able to speak with her and Becca! They both helped tremendously! You can tell they love what they do! Very pleased with our service in getting our policies bundled with our aging parents recently moving in with our family!! We were able to get our prices down tremendously compared to other insurance companies! Josie was very kind, thorough, helpful and fast, as she took care of us within an hour, even while it was their lunch time!! I recommend Kim Duke and her crew if you want the best of the best!!
