Horrible!!! I wan’t allowed to question what she was going to do! After going through all my items, she said she couldn’t fix the majority of them. Then she got upset with me because I was upset and she refused to do any of my items. She doesn’t seem like she knows what she’s doing. I would NOT recommend!
I took my wedding dress to Kim to have the alterations done. She took great care of my dress and took her time with the work she was doing - she had me come for three fittings to make sure it was absolutely perfect and I was happy with it. She took length off my dress, shortened the straps, and added a bustle to the train. Kim is kind and cares very much for her clients. I am giving them 2.5 stars for two reasons, 1) I wanted to add an elastic waist around a skirt I had. We took measurements and everything but when I came back after two weeks she told me it wouldn’t look good so instead she just brought in the waist. It wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted an elastic waist on my skirt because my body fluctuates so much and wanted to feel more comfortable in this skirt I love so much.
