Always an excellent experience. From office staff to Dr Chu. I come from Selden New York and wouldn't go to a doctor closer to my home.
I am someone whose vision—and ultimately my health—was saved because of Dr. Sarah Yu. I suddenly developed a serious problem with the vision in my left eye. Thanks to Dr. Yu's thorough examination and accurate diagnosis, she determined that the problem was not with my eye itself, but that it could be related to my brain. Horrible and discriminatory. Waited over three hours to see Dr Kim with zero explanation from nurses or staff as to why we were kept waiting. Sat around with pupils dilated and lights on full blast waiting for doctor. We saw the doctor walk out and leave the office for more than an hour and no one checked in on us. Even after the head nurse told their assistant to bring the doctor to my exam room next, they skipped us because did not demand to be seen in Korean.
