Always my first port of call when I'm looking for another bike. I've bought 3 from Kim's team over many years and can't recommend the business enough. The used bikes are priced cheaper than comparable bikes elsewhere which means there is fresh stock every time you visit. Customers and browsers are treated attentively and with no slick sales approach. Brilliant bike shop
4 stars for customer service and delivery of the bike. 1 star for a triumph dealer acquiring a triumph bike back of the first owner with a 2 year gap since its last service and then just selling it on to the next guy. More about the money than the repeat customer. Ill be heading to balcatta triumph for the service as I have lost trust in these guys. both my previous triumphs were bought through balcatta with excellent service/customer satisfaction

Easy experience, had headaches with dealerships in the past but this was painless from first phone call to signing paper work. Tai was great answered all my questions even the stupid ones, worth the drive from perth im happy 👍
