One of the best realtors we have worked with. . Kim was extremely knowledgeable of the town/area the property was in. Was able to give me a very good market analysis to show the good value of the property. Since we live outside the state, she took separate pictures (above and beyond) the pictures in the listing to give us a better picture of the property. She was very responsive to any questions we had and ensured everything was done to ensure a smooth closing.
