Kim Battles is hands down the best agent you can ask for. She is knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly took the time to understand me and my needs. And she’s patient. As buyers we weren’t sure of what we wanted and she worked with us to figure that out. She’s a generational family agent. She’s helped my elderly parents buy a home, my adult daughter’s first home and now us empty nesters. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy a home.

Had such a lovely experience with Kim finding our first home here in Chicago. Thanks to her, it happened in only 4-weeks. Very attentive, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!

Kim was such a pleasure to work with. During a stressful time of trying to sell a house, she helped coordinate what needed to be done, hosted open houses, and inevitably landed is a FANTASTIC deal. Her level of detail and interpersonal skills are second to none. If you have the chance, work with her. You won't regret it!

She was super helpful, always available and super patient with me as I was learning lots of new things. As I was also moving from another state, I would be coordinating over the phone and Kim was always super flexible and active when we needed her. She made the process super easy for us. I definitely recommend Kim for anyone looking to buy a future home. I am SO happy we got to work with h... read more
