great realtor would, she helped me out when i had just moved to Ohio, and I would have had a much worse moving experience without her :)
Kim Barrett has tried banding neighbors together to disapprove a concept for a neighbor to put in a driveway. She is bad for the neighborhood and bad for business. Her portrayal of events at a community approval meeting were false and predatory. I would NOT recommend her purely for the shady practices! Presenting false information and strong arming neighbors is NOT a professional I would recommend.
Kim helped me with a difficult sale of my mother's home. Between probate and liens...it was a nightmare. Kim was patient and responsive and the sale went through.
