All staff are kind and considerate. My doctor and nurses are very informative and do not rush you in and out. They explain things clearly and take the time to answer questions.
The surgeon was very patient and thorough. The PA has been wonderful. Always encouraging, patient, and informative. Staff in general, especially post op, has been great. Everyone is very supportive and friendly.
Everyone here that I have met and worked with is great. Always upbeat and genuinely interested in my well-being. Only points I take off are for the initial insurance approval process. I had initially set everything up under Dr. Lee and was given estimates from my insurance coordinator, but right before scheduling I had to be switched to Dr. Holden for the surgery to even happen. Having not ever met her I was quite thrown, but she was excellent and took great care of me.
I am so happy that I chose KBI for my sleeve. The emotional support along with the medical has been amazing. It has made my jouney through weight loss enjoyable and achieveable.
