I visited this store yesterday and while the products are fine, the customer service I received was frankly unacceptable — and unfortunately, this isn't the first time. A few weeks ago, I came in looking for a product I regularly buy, which was out of stock. I asked a staff member when it would be back and offered to leave my number so they could let me know when it arrived, to avoid making unnecessary trips. She kindly added my name to a list. The 345 cream here got better price compared to W cos. (Real from brand not fake) This store has so much more sunscreen options compared to other Asian cosmetic stores. They also allow to try most products so I tried plenty of them and found things that doesn't irritate my acne prone skin.
