would not recommend this dr at all she put my daughter life on the line made her suffer by scraping her insides membranes without pain medication my daughter screamed to tell her to stop and ahe keept doing it harder then broke water let her lay for 12 hr with water broke laid in hospital for 5 days with induction due to pre-eclampsia and would not give my daughter a c section when it was asked after 2 days not getting anywhere and her response was ypur daughter is 21 and will not have a c section and 5 days later my daughte... read more
After my hysterectomy I had to go to the ER and was admitted. Dr Rashada was the attending this weekend and didn't give up on finding what was wrong. She did a great job going through things it could be and treating each thing to find the exact reason for my issues and pain. She told me to give her 12 to 24 hours to give meds time to work and here it is 24 hours later and I am waiting to be released from the hospital!! I was in search of a second opinion as I was in pain and told that I needed to have a hysterectomy and would not be able to have children. I found Dr. Rashada who calmed me down by explaining to me that she could perform a myomectomy which would allow me to conceive and carry to term. Thanks to her level of expertise, my husband and I were blessed with two beautiful and healthy children. Thank you so much, Dr. Rashada!
After my birth, my uterus decided to invert. This is a potentially life-threatening complication. It is also rare and does not happen often. The survival rate is 85%. When this happened my Nurse Midwife acted quickly and calmly. I knew something was happening, but had no clue the severity of it. I visited the ER of St Joseph's hospital I Tampa, FL Dec. 2019. I was in a critical condition known as HELP. I had never met Dr. Rashada before that day. She assured me she would get me through this and she did! She was not available for delivery, but she was the main doc in charge of my care and did an excellent job! Me and my baby Lived and are Thriving! She gave me the honest advice to not have anymore children for medical reasons and I appreciated her genuine concern for me and my family.
Dr. Rashada hurt me excruciatingly while I was miscarrying. After I pleaded for a D&C due to hemorrhage, she insisted on trying to extract the remaining tissue, forcing me to lie on a bedpan & using forceps with no numbing agent. I was screaming in pain and my legs were shaking uncontrollably. She huffingly told me I was moving too much so she'd have to send me for the D&C anyways.
