Dr. Kim didnt tell me that my hearing aid was fixed last September 2025 before it expired. They're no longer work with OVR.
Dr. Huynh is a very pleasant and patient practitioner!
There was a problem with my hearing aid, so I called several times to get after-service support. However, the person on the phone was very rude and unpleasant. They told me that they no longer work with Aetna insurance and cannot repair it, and that I should go somewhere else for the service. They said they do not provide any service for the device. They also would not provide any information on which medical equipment services will accept my insurance. They are only willing to help “IF” they can get paid.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She was screaming at me bc she said she is busy to schedule an appointment. They never answer the phone and they are unprofessional.
