Why so many negative feedback? I’ve been with KMP for about 10 years and with travelling around I have been to numerous doctors. Yes there are little hiccups but they all do a good job.
Worst reception I've ever received. Took me 10+ calls to actually reach the practice, before when I began speaking, the receiver abruptly hung up on me. Unprofessional and very disappointed.
It took over an hour to reach someone by phone, and that person was rude, argumentative and dismissive without actually letting me explain. I'm not sure why the onus is on the patient for organising care, when we are discharged with instructions from the hospital. Receptionists have no basis of expertise, no right and no need to be arguing with patients. The "menu" is over 3 minutes long and I'm sure it's designed to allow fewer calls through.
