The owner defaulted on his own sales contract. I paid him a deposit for the project to install a solar system on our roof. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to back out of this project. His contract specifically stated that deposit is fully refundable as long as the work has not begun. We were only at the application stage with Fortis. He has no integrity and is not honest. DO NOT TRUST HIM !
