Called last week about getting my lawn mower fixed. Was given the price plus parts. Two days later (weekend in the middle) was called and told it had no oil (my fault)& a couple of other issues and would be very pricey to fix. As I had a bad day today went and picked up my lawn mower and was very kindly not charged at all. Very thankful

Wow, the level of customer service is shocking! Called to ask if they do mower service for a particular brand. No greetings to start with and then telling me what a rubbish brand it is... How rude. The worst customer service I've experienced in years.
