Terrible experience. They botched the cremation!!! Do not trust them!!!
April was very attentive to our families needs during the loss of our mother. They made the entire planning process as stress free & smooth as possible.
Most disappointed with Mansfield Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Have to leave voice mail and no return phone call .My brother Jimmy Carl Coker 's obituary had mistakes . Should have been evident and not pointed out by his family. It still has a mistake. I was pleased years earlier with my parents services there. SO, I am not sure if understaffed or inept issues.
They recently handled funeral arrangements for my mom and about nine months later my wife. They did a great job on both and James is very professional and easy to deal with.
