I can't express enough my gratitude to Rose-Neath in Arcadia & Valerie going above & beyond to take care of every detail with my Mom's service. Particularly living several states away, it was comforting to know she was in the best of hands. Thank you, to staff & everyone, that participated in helping make her service a Blessed & memorable moment.

The folks here are so friendly and helpful. I’m an only child and had to handle final arrangements for both of my parents over the past four years. I had no idea how to start the process. Valerie took me by the hand and walked me through each step. It was such a relief to be able to trust someone to assist me during such a difficult time. I recommend this business wholeheartedly!!

Over 2 months now and I still have not received my father’s ashes or death certificates. They lied about shipping them to me and said they were shipped but returned (I went to the post office and asked about it and they said that wasn’t the case. That’s how I know it was a lie) and I was told a week ago it was being shipped via UPS. Still nothing. I would bet that it still hasn’t been shipped now that I know the first time they “shipped it” was a lie. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. EDIT: like I said above, I was ... read more
