We cannot say enough good things about the staff at Kilpatrick’s Roseneath of Many, LA! They were a blessing before, during, and after the passing of our loved one. Our family traditionally used another local funeral home, and this was our first experience using KRFH. We tell everyone we can how truly compassionate and helpful in ways we could not have imagined!! We will use them again without hesitation. These folks are truly called to be a blessing to folks in their time of need.
The service was excellent, the staff went above and beyond with everything they did for our family. Just recently lost my mom, who didn't have any insurance. This left a tremendous burden in a time when the hurt was too much to bare. They were very patient with us and helped us through the process and did their best to save us money while still giving our mom the funeral she deserved. We greatly appreciate everything they have done and would recommend them to anyone.
Terrible experience. They botched the cremation!!! Do not use!!!
