Great to deal with fantastic service, made the process of buying of the car so easy
Everyone here helped me greatly through the import process, answering all my questions along the way with no fuss. They complied my car (Toyota Crown Hybrid) extremely quickly once it arrived, no hiccups at all, would greatly recommend if you're getting a vehicle out of Japan.
I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but Kilowatt deserves this 5 star review. I've bought many cars in my years and this is the best used car purchase experience I've had. Bennett is approachable, professional, and honest. The Crown I purchased has been fantastic. It's also refreshing and reassuring to see that the staff at Kilowatt have remained the same over many years, a sure indicator of a positive culture. I recommend this establishment without hesitation. Not easy to find this sort of service anymore.
