My daughter love this place
I have to say, I am not self-motivated AT ALL, so I love that they offer group classes M-F! & I love even more that they offer kid-care (or kids classes through Athletic Ambitions) while I work out. The staff is awesome & like family now. I love this gym and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean, non-intimidating & welcoming place to exercise!
I contacted Kilo's for personal training to supplement my running. I had been dealing with some minor injuries training on my own so Gio developed a custom training plan that aligned with my goals and addressed my weak areas. After working with him for a few years, my strength and mobility have improved substantially, I've been injury free and am running better than ever!
It’s hard to find a gym that has a genuine rugged feel and a great layout & welcoming staff it’s places like this that make labelle feel complete …. Ohh free WiFi as well!
