I love this gym, I’ve been going here for over three years. Every workout is challenging and it’s never the same. It’s always a very clean and positive environment. Each work out has beginner to advanced options, if you choose to scale there is never any judgement. Give it a try!

Great space, environment, gym family, and equipment! My wife and I have been members for 3 years and consider the staff and members as our family. Workouts are never lacking challenge and coaching is constructive with personal ability and safety in mind. The facility is welcoming to any and all! A great place to work out!!

I highly recommend Kilo Mike Athletics to anyone looking for an excellent fitness routine. The workouts are exciting, everyone in the Kilo Mike community is very encouraging, and the coach is always helping members to do their best. It’s a very fun and rewarding environment to be in!

Kilo-Mike CrossFit is the best! The environment is super welcoming and great for all fitness levels. Dustin, the owner, is awesome — knowledgeable, friendly, and always makes sure you’re improving safely. The workouts are challenging but fun, and the community is really supportive. I’m so glad I found this place!
