Compared to other gyms that I’ve been too, this one took the cake for me the minute I stepped in. Kilo lift is basically heaven if you’re a powerlifter!! Not only that but the staff are very professional, very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here since June 2020 and I have no bad things to say about Kilo lift. Really pleased!!
I’ve only been at this gym for a few months but I already am head over heels in love with the trainers with management overall the gym is everything I have been looking for. Juan the owner is professional and courteous which I really appreciate. I’m happy I found my gym home I recommended 1000 times over.
Definitely worth it! I can see the improvement in my form and endurance. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is trying to see fast results. If I could rate it 10 stars I would ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I first got to El Paso, I needed a gym to go to and Kilo definitely fit what I needed. I’m usually a quiet introverted gym person, but it feels more and more welcoming every day I go. Their classes are a great offer for newer gym goers too. I doubt I’ll change the gyms while I’m here for the next few years
