RecommendedThe staff at Kiln Creek Animal Care goes above and beyond on every visit. As usual we were/are overly impressed with Megan especially, the last visit. She saw us pull up and took time out her lunch period and got out of her SUV to take LiL Fred inside. Unfortunately LiL Fred, wee wee on her outfit due to being in so much pain. But Megan wasn't upset, she was just glad to help. We appreciate Megan so much! Please give her a raise or some type of recognition at the very least! Seriously, please do that!
Amazing even in the midst of a pandemic
The staff here are so kind and caring! They really give my dog the VIP treatment every-time she comes in. Their boarding is amazing and I feel so confident leaving town for work knowing that she is in excellent care.

I have been most excited to discover Kiln Creek Animal Care for my Golden with chronic urinary issues until today when I purchased a medication there that was marked up over 285% of what I could have purchased this for elsewhere. I was not able to contact the other resource available to us until about 45 minutes after leaving Kiln Creek and Virginia State Law prohibits the return of any prescription medication.
I would highly recommend KCAC!!! We came to Kiln Creek Animal Center for after care for our German Shepherd Gus who had to have emergency surgery for a Gastric Dilation Volvulus (stomach flip). The Veterinarian and staff were so amazing with him. Dr. Crist has called twice since we left there on Monday just to check up on him and to put my mind at ease by answering the dozens of questions I’ve had. Thank you for caring for our four legged baby like he was your own. ❤️
