Very disappointed with Kiln Creek Animal Hospital. We’ve been taking our Remington there for about 13 years. When it was time for his senior care, there was no help. Remington was basically shrugged off when we needed help the most. Remington passed away 1/6/2023. He was 2 months shy of his 14th birthday. Remington was in a lot of pain. Gabapentin was recommended even though in his record, he had an allergy to it. We asked for a call back from the doctor, instead we got a referral to a hospice agency. My puppies love this place and so do I!! From my very first visit here to the purchase of my second puppy, the staff and Dr's at Kiln Creek have been wonderful. We are always treated like family and that means a lot to me. I even moved to the other side of town, and still drive out of my way to keep my business here!
First Choice for Boarding Pets When I moved to Hampton Roads, I checked out several kennels to use to board my pets. By far, Kiln Creek is the cleanest and friendlyiness that I've found. Whether you're boarding your pets or using their vet service, this is a first class operation.
Be Wary of Inexpensive Kennels Including This One! The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is never more true with kennels. This kennel charges $16-$18 day. As kennels go, this one is "pleasant" and cleaner than average, but you are still putting your dog in a CAGE. Re: the weekends. They let them out at 6 p.m. at night for their FINAL bathroom break. Care My cat was spayed at this office and they were extremely considerate and caring. She also received her initial shots and care here. The doctor was very receptive to answering all my questions and concerns.
Would Recommend to Everyone Dr. Stiff has taken care of several of my foster and rescues as well as my own personal pets, and the care they get is exceptional, I would recommend them to anyone as well as their location in Gloucester-Animal Care of Gloucester And do not forget we now have a new option in Emergency Veterinary medicine with the new location by SuperKmart Kiln Creek-Animal Emergency Center 757-234-0461

The staff at Kiln Creek Animal Care are amazing - even in the middle of pandemic, they are incredibly helpful, understanding, and compassionate.
