Very disappointed with Kiln Creek Animal Hospital. We’ve been taking our Remington there for about 13 years. When it was time for his senior care, there was no help. Remington was basically shrugged off when we needed help the most. Remington passed away 1/6/2023. He was 2 months shy of his 14th birthday. Remington was in a lot of pain. Gabapentin was recommended even though in his record, he had an allergy to it. We asked for a call back from the doctor, instead we got a referral to a hospice agency.
