The doctors are good, but their billing and scheduling is terrible. After a recent visit they argued that a $90 contact lens fitting was not covered by our insurance and forced payment before we left. I was covered and we had to have the insurance carrier call them. Still have not received reimbursement. When you call about a question about a bill, they tell you to call another number. You leave a message there and no one calls you back.
