My cat passed at 413pm. I immediately called to confirm how late they were at the office. I was told they lock the door at 430pm. I could get there by 435pm. Again I was told they close at 430pm. I asked what I should do with my cat. I was told it was cold enough & I could put him otside!. My poor cat was still warm. If I could choose a lower rating. I would. What a total lack of empathy. I was not a new client. I had an 8year relationship with this practice. This was shocking.
I've been going to this vets office for over 30 yrs.With all of my dogs (hunting dogs included). I took my senior dog in there who hadn't been seen there in 5 yrs. She had absess on her paw, she was in a lot of pain. They refused to see her because she hadn't been seen there in 5 yrs. They refused treatment to my senior dog.
